PitchInDish

Terms

How we use the app, together.

Short, honest ground rules for an early product. By signing up you agree to these; if any of it doesn't sit right, write back and let's talk.

What you can do

Use PitchInDish to plan and host real gatherings — dinners, potlucks, birthdays, the usual. Invite people you actually know. Upload photos to Encore that the people in them would be OK with you sharing in a private group. Don't use the app to harass people, run scams, send spam, host commercial events without telling us, or upload anything illegal. We reserve the right to remove gatherings or accounts that cross those lines — but we'll tell you why first if we possibly can.

What we promise (and don't)

We promise to handle your data the way we describe in our privacy page and to keep the app running with reasonable care. We don't promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or that every email lands in every inbox — this is an early product and you're using it knowing that. If we lose your data through our fault, we'll tell you straight away and do what we can to recover it. The service is provided as-is; our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes + leaving

You can delete your account any time — email support@pitchindish.com and we'll wipe your data within a week. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the new version takes effect so you have a chance to push back or leave.
